We are all working hard at work and at home. We often neglect our working hands and forget about its importance. Often we think there's no time to take care of our hands. But it only takes 10 minutes or less, once a week to keep it soft and smooth. Here is a simple and inexpensive way to maintain soft and smooth hands:
Instructions
-Wash hands with warm water and liquid soap. Gradually add the sugar into hands. Rub and exfoliate for 2 minutes.
-Squeeze the slices of lemon into hands and keep rubbing for 2 more minutes.
-Rinse hands well with warm water.
-Dry hands with towel and apply oil based hand moisturizer, such as J.R. Watkins Apothecary Hand and Cuticle Salve. Oil based hand moisturizers works best than water based ones.
-Put on moisture hand glove, it is best to do this at night before going to bed, and leave it on while you sleep.
Tips & Warnings
There are plenty of oil based hand moisturizers available. Make sure you read the label to make sure that it is indeed oil based. You can try oil based hand moisturizers made by Hempz, L'Occitane and Burt's Bees but the J.R. Watkins Hand and Cuticle Salve are affordable and are available at Target and other natural grocery store.
